Differences between the printing options.
Silk Screen – Hot process and must be done on empty components. Produce bold, bright, firm, and metallic colors.
Hot Stamp – Hot process and must be done on empty components. Available in Black/White/Gold/Silver only.
Pad Print – Cold process and can be done on filled products.Has a raised feel. Available in Black/White/PMS Colors.

Minimum Order

400 pieces per case style
An additional 5-10% of packaging will be decorated to account for scrap/loss. The difference/overages will be billed accordingly.

400 pieces @ $0.98 each per pass/per color
$75.00 one-time set-up charge per run
Lead Time: 4-6 weeks (from proof approval)

$225.00 Die Charge per color/size
$100.00 standard one-time new art charge (may vary with complexity of design)
$200.00 artwork development fee (for creating new artwork or recreating existing artwork)
$65.00 one-time reduction/enlargement charge from camera-ready artwork
Order Revisions/Cancellations
Each print order requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before processing can begin. Changes to print design after order approval will be at an additional charge. Custom print orders cannot be cancelled.

If remitting your own artwork, send in .ai and Pdf formats.
Charge applies for resizing supplied artwork.
Shipping & Handling
Freight quote is based on order size, box weights, and dimensions.
Rush Service (Pad Print Only)
Rush service may be available upon request: approx. fee $250.00. Lead-Time: 2-4 weeks.
Returns
Custom printing cannot be returned. All artwork proofs are to have signature sign off before printing is processed. It is the client’s responsibility to be sure the artwork, colors, and sizing are accurate before approval.
