Our sales team is specially trained to guide your private label from concept to completion. The team works closely with our in-house art and QC/QA departments to create custom label design, hot stamping, and silk screening. Minimum Order

All orders other than introductory samplers must meet a $275 minimum. Minimum per shade or item is 6 pieces per shade. Single pieces may be ordered with your $275 minimum order with a $0.50 surcharge per unit. All sales are final.

Backorders

Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. Please be aware that we DO NOT backorder. Your invoice will flag any items that were not shipped and you will not be charged for them. Please reorder these items on your next order. You will be charged shipping on reorders. Rush service will not be waived due to backorder. Return Checks/Declined Credit Card

Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $35 or the maximum allowable by law. Other costs of collection and penalties will also be assessed. All declined credit card charges are subject to a $10 fee.

Shipping

Domestic: Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) from receipt. Higher volume orders subject to longer lead time. Please inquire with your sales representative. FedEx Ground service will be used unless otherwise requested. Your sales representative will be happy to review the air service options with you. Freight/handling is additional. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All Freight is F.O.B. Ex- Factory.

 

International: All orders are shipped as per customer requirements. Orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping. We ship via Federal Express.

Order Revisions/Cancellations
Order revised within 24-hours of initial entry may be modified with no penalty. All other changes after this period inculding addition/removal of item or changes to shipping specification may be subject to a $25 reprocessing fee.

 

Orders may be cancelled within 24-hours of initial entry with no penalty. Orders cancelled after this period may be assessed a Cancellation Fee that is equal to 25% of the order’s net total. Rush orders and orders for customized product are not cancellable.

Damaged Items

Any damages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained. Must be reported to carrier immediately for a claim reimbursement.

Discounts

Our price list features discounts based on quantities ordered per shade.

Accepted Forms Of Payment

Initial orders must be prepaid by credit card, bank check or money order. Personal or company checks will be held for clearance. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted. Wire Transfers are an additional $35 per wire.

 

International export orders must be pre-paid by Bank Wire, irrevocable letter of credit or credit card. Client is responsible for all duties, taxes and freight.

Export

Customer is responsible to notify sales representative of any required export documentation or specific labeling. Please inquire with your sales representative for export document fees.

Rush Service (Not Applicable For Custom Orders)

We offer a rush service for $75. Orders placed before 12:00PM PST will be expedited and shipped the next business day. Freight is additional. All Freight is F.O.B. Ex- Factory.

Returns

Please contact the main office within 72 hours of order receipt for return eligibility. All requests are subject to evaluation.

Returns must be made within 10 days from receipt and must include CCMI approved authorization form and label. Products must be in original condition, unused. No refunds, credits only. Custom Decorated products cannot be returned. Products returned due to customer absence, refusal or error will be charged all freight and a 25% restocking fee.

Shipment Refusals

If an order is returned, due to customer absence or refusal, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. If re-shipped, double freight charges will be applied. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.

Additional Information

We offer your private label outstanding protection, utilizing our Broad Vendors Insurance which provides a $2,000,000 product liability coverage. Not applicable if product is re-packaged.
